Ruffle scarfs

I've made two ruffle scarfs ^^ Really easy and fun :D I love the way the colors change when you're working on it!

Ribbon scarf

I kntted my first scarf with a pretty type of yarn ^^ I once was this video on how to makethis beautiful scarf and it looked so easy that even I could do it!

My colors are more blue and green, even though my camera picked up the blue better... I'm quite proud of my first knit-creation ^^

Grey Totoro!!

I never saw the movie "My Neighbor Totoro", but this one looked so cute! When I was making him, I started watching the movie and I really liked it ^^ This one is pretty big! And it took a long time to make. Made with a 3.5 mm crochet hook and 'Scheepjeswol'.

Star trek Enterprise! The mini version..

I made this Enterprise for my boyfriend. My hands are pretty small for a young woman, so, as the picture shows, it really is a mini Enterprise. I made this one with 'Scheepjeswol' and a 3,5 mm crochet hook.

Really tiny Kirby!!

I found a cute Kirby pattern on the internet! And it is for free ^^ He's so tiny!! I gave him the colors of one of the choises of Super Smash Bros (Brawl). I guess I wanted to be different, hihi! His cute Mario hat is removable, and yes, I have put it on my head just for laughs XD

Mr. cactus

This one is my second amiguumi, Mr. Cactus ^^ This cutie comes from the same book as the cup I made before. The book also has a female version, which is short, fat, and has a flower on her head. Who knows I'll make her one day. But I did find out www.ravelry.com and on that website there are thousands of free patterns available. So many choises!!!

My first amigurumi!

I made my first amigurumi! I figured out the magic loop to begin amigurumi and from there it's easy when you only need to decrease and/or increase single stitches. I got my design from a cute book which I've got for my birthday from two friends of mine. This is the book that I have:

The thingy that I made is a cup of cappuccino with an adorable face! The only thing is that I learned that the stitches are closer together when I put more tension on the thread. So... the bottom of the cup is bigger then the top part... But hey, I'm still learning. And I'm learning still, because I'm making another creature from this book, which is a cactus in a pot :P I'm also proud that I started crochet. My grandmother, who died when I was eleven, used to croched. I loved her work! She had doilies and filet crochet against the window of the backdoor. Just gorgeous! I'm hoping to figure out how to start a filet crochet and how to make a cute edge around it, I'll be amazed!! I wish I could make the things that my grandmother onse made and one day I will be able to do so. I anyone knows a good video tutorial or a tutorial with pictures, please let me know :D
